The hotel fulfilled its purpose, and I would be glad to return. I enjoyed my stay and had two great days overall. the location was tranquil and convenient, being just a short distance from the shopping center and Hervey Bay, making it ideal for business or car shopping. Everything was easily accessible.

The location was particularly good for exploring this pretty area, not far from the hustle as well as food places.

Liked our great value and well-equipped rooms, plus the staff was excellent. The staff provided exceptional service and helped with check in. The hotel had a central position adjacent to central Hervey Bay and shopping centre.

Everything was lovely, with extremely friendly staff and nice views of the garden and pool. the suite featured a comfy bed that I enjoyed. the service was great overall, and the location was exceptionally nice, being very close to restaurants and beautiful gardens for relaxation.

Pialba Motor Inn serves as an excellent base for exploring a lovely area, conveniently located near shopping centers, eateries, and the vibrant Torquay esplanade. the themed room was reasonably priced and featured a window that opened onto a beautiful garden. the bathroom was clean and included a shower, hair dryer, and comfortable bath sheets.

Everything is really good, I loved it. the staff is very friendly and provides excellent service. Its location is fantastic, conveniently close to the shops and beach of Hervey Bay, as well as the main shopping complex.

The rooms were in good condition, with ample facilities such as a fridge, microwave, and utensils, making my stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location, away from the center of town, provided a peaceful and relaxing environment, perfect for overnight stops.

The location was excellent, being close to shopping centers, cafes, and other amenities which made our stay much more convenient. We also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to assist us.

We stayed at a hotel very close to everything, at a great price. the location was perfect - close to shops and on public transport. the room was spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds. the pool and spa were fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the free WiFi worked perfectly.

The air freshener used during cleaning was too strong and needed to be ventilated to decrease the impact.

Clean room with fresh decor, front and back doors to outdoor area, pool overlooking tropical gardens, good for families, well-positioned outdoor settings, hot water may take time. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in a tropical garden setting. The sliding doors allowed me to enjoy the fresh breeze and scents of the garden. The swimming pool and spa were clean and not overcrowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and tidy. Free off-street parking and reliable WiFi were also a plus. a great experience!
